Today we tell you the mysterious case happened over about three years, for which a spacious apartment and its large closets become a flat and small closets. With the extended family, of course.
But it is that even with the arrival of the first baby the floor and the spaces to store our and their things were enoooormes. I still remember the baby's first clothes in two drawers. One, for bodys and underwear; the other, for street clothes. Well, and a few hangers in the closet for dresses and coats.
It was after a few months when I began to realize that you had to start occupying other drawers. The girl was growing, of course, and with her her clothes. Gradually, new tenants joined the home: shoes and toys.
Imperceptibly at the beginning, but in a continuous way, the presence of the baby (and I do not mean a spirit but everything that a new member in the family implies, that grows, and at what speed) made us occupy all the free spaces of cabinets and drawers.
The drawers occupied by first clothes gave shelter to much larger garments that struggled to get off the rails. We need more space. In turn, the first clothes occupied new spaces in closets even at half load. Well kept in boxes, so it could come. And what could come, came. A little sister.
Unwrap clothes, empty a closet with "older" things and start over. We definitely need closets. Now, we have boxes of first clothes again, more than before, of course, so it can come (and rather come to you to family and friends, yes).
Our beautiful office has been transformed into a corner of the dining room. We had to visit the store that furnishes independent republics to add two closets and a few organizers for toys, books and other accessories that came with the kids.
The height of the closets are no longer clear: chairs, mattresses and toys adorn them. We barely managed to walk through the dining room without dodging books and toys, rather we have to work a path between them. I have less and less clothes, we have to get rid of what we no longer put on. The career notes have also been displaced.
My daughters, I know that they are not the most equipped have the cupboards or more toys (or larger) accumulate. Even so, the big toys that have sneaked into the house have had to move to other less diminished houses, that of the grandparents.
I do not explain how they managed the "With eight enough" or the Trap family. Well yes, with mansions instead of flats, those are sure to diminish much less ...
Blessed storage room, I tell myself now, that is gradually receiving a good part of what does not fit us in this mysterious waning floor. A pity that the storage room also wanes ...
