Six months ago a photograph went around the world by showing the amazing face of surprise of a woman who I was expecting a girl and saw how her baby was a boy.
Well, it has happened again, although this time the face does not seem worthy of a horror movie, but rather one of unexpected laughter and surprises, that of a great comedy.
They were convinced that it would be a girl
It is often the case that the ultrasound says one thing and the day of childbirth turns out to be another, and often the surprise is scary because the parents have already bought everything relatively aimed at a baby of a certain sex, and they see themselves with the mess of carrying it everything to change and return (earrings, dresses, etc., if it was going to be a girl and ends up being a boy).
But in this case it was not so, because as we read in Your other newspaper, the couple formed by Kim Guiley and her husband Travis were guided only by their instinct, by a pulpit. As parents of a girl, when Kim became pregnant they began to think (who knows if by some myth of those who says that if you have a belly I don't know what form she is a girl) that it was another girl. That idea was installed in his head so that they arrived at childbirth absolutely convinced that she would be their second daughter. In fact, their safety was such that they didn't even want to do an ultrasound to confirm or discard it.
But they didn't succeed. Not at all. So when the photographer Sussana H. Gill, who accompanied them during childbirth, saw that it was a child, ran to catch the expression of the parents to see the baby's male organs: totally surprised as you can see in the picture.
The mother, when sharing the image on Instagram, left this description of the moment:
After a lifetime of dreaming about this, after months of thinking we would have another girl, this is the moment when we discovered Theo's sex.
Now that time has passed since that time, parents continue to share photos of their family and show that they are equally happy, despite not having two daughters, because as they explain themselves, in the end the important thing was that the baby was born well, and as you can see in this picture, you see a very healthy and happy baby.
