Chicken spatter. Recipe for pregnant women

We will continue with the fresh recipes for the summer season that has touched us. For that we have chosen this recipe from chicken spatter.

It is very simple to cook, very quick to prepare and we can do it at noon and reserve for dinner. If we add to this its refreshing flavor, its high contribution in folic acid, Vitamin A, B3, C, fiber, potassium, magnesium, among others, its low level of fat and its easy digestion, makes it an ideal dish for these hot nights.

The ingredients for 4 people

2 boneless chicken breasts, 1 green apple, 2 carrots, 12 boneless green olives, 3 tablespoons of nuts, 1 lemon, salt, olive oil.

Preparation of chicken spatter

We clean the breasts of possible traces of fat and ossicles. We salted and grilled them until they are well cooked but without being roasted too much. Remove and let cool.

We cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice.

Peel the carrots and the apple and, grate them on a bowl with a grater of large holes, sprinkle them with the lemon juice and mix.

Chop the olives, nuts, chop the chicken into cubes and add everything to the bowl, mix, rectify salt if necessary, add a couple of tablespoons of olive oil and stir.

Tasting

Cover the bowl with transparent film and store in the refrigerator until serving time.

We serve in a single bowl decorated with a slice of lemon.
