Matchbox It is a coffee table created by the designer Tim Forrester, who wanted to free the little ones of that norm that we will have heard a thousand times: "the furniture is not painted".
It is an elongated table, simple and short, perfect for the height of the kids. It has a light oak finish and at first glance it looks like a bicolor design table, but it has the peculiarity that one of the ends is a slate on which it can be painted with chalk.
I think that children have to be integrated into the home and not restrict games only to their room. The house belongs to everyone. However, the table doesn't convince me. It does not end up being neither table nor slate and the surface that is free to paint is too small. It is certain that they will leave and end up painting on the table.
As you know, there is a slate painting with which you can paint any surface, or slate vinyl. That seems more practical.
